Before getting to know how you will actually invite your teammates to join the platform, first, you might want to introduce your team to the idea of using Procezo.
Follow along with the article and use some tips on how you can do that: 1. Arrange a brief meeting and explain to your team why you have chosen Procezo. You can give a brief intro about Procezo. A user can sign up/log in with email/password or with Google account.
User can sign up in the following steps:
The user is taken to the organisation creation where user enters organisation name.
Once filled and clicked continue they are redirected to a page where they can invite other members to their project as described in step 2
This step lets the admin invite people to collaborate on Procezo
User can provide a list of emails of people separated by a comma to invite them on the portal. Upon invitation, people will get mail notification.
Here user can create a project either by selecting a template from our list of predefined templates or with a blank template.
1. Select a blank template and create your project from scratch.
2. Save time by starting with one from our list of predefined templates.
3. You can use automatic imports to migrate your projects from Trello and Asana.
After creating a project you will be directed to the project board to start your project by creating tasks and collaborating with your team. For the latest update visit us at .
