You can use the public form feature to make it available via a shareable URL. There are limitless ways you can use public forms, for example: 1. Marketing - creative materials request 2. IT - technical support ticket, new hardware request 3. Development - bug report, new product feature 4. Offices - new hire, PTO request, supplies request etc
📌 Creating Public Form 1. To begin creating a form, click on the ‘Form’ tab on the toolbar. 2. Drag and drop pre-made fields into your form box or create your own to add by clicking + icon. 3. Once you complete the form, click public form toggle and save the form.
4. Copy the public form link to share it with your audience.
