Views allow you to see your data in different formats

Kanban

A Kanban board presents a visual representation of projects and workflows by displaying tasks using a structure of columns and cards. Commonly with scrum or agile management, Kanban boards aid teams plan steps in a project, measure progress and avoid pitfalls.

A Kanban board allows its users to: - Plan & optimise workflows - Create a clear process and make sure tasks move through each stage. - Prevent bottlenecks - Assist your team with meeting deadlines and automating processes.

We show column horizontally, where every column holds a list of task cards.

Column: Actions you can perform - Reorder the columns order - Rename a column - Delete Column - Add column - requires just the name for the creation

Task card : Actions you can perform on a task card - Change assigned to - Change due date - Change priority - Copy a task link - Delete a task - Move the task into another column/segment - Reorder the task’s position in a segment

📌To set a Kanban board, click on ‘Board’ on the left of your toolbar

List

A list view combines a visual familiarity of spreadsheets with the collaboration features found in a task manager.

List view allows its user to: - Identify key project information such as deadlines, priority and assignees easily - Edit projects to focus efforts and keep important information central to the project. Update and add new tasks, search for specific details, view and add custom fields and edit columns based on project needs. - Keep on track of project progress with a clear and familiar list.

Information displayed(the columns of table): - Task name - Assigned to - Deadline - Priority - Any extra form fields added to the project

Actions you can perform on tasks: - Change assigned to - Change due date - Change priority - Delete a task - Move the task into another column/segment - Reorder the task’s position in a segment - Add new field to the task

📌 To set a List view, click on ‘List’ on the left of your toolbar.

Timeline/Gantt Chart

To put it simply, a Gantt chart presents a visual view of tasks over a period of time with any dependencies. The benefits of having a Gantt chart are highlighted when a project requires several steps, and different deadlines, knowing when to start each task and the present expected deadline. Gantt charts will help you to present your projects milestones clearly and accurately, show deliverables to clients and stay ahead of your competitors. By having a visual plan, you can better allocate resources, assign tasks to your team at different stages of the project and visualise dependencies. This visualisation makes Gantt charts especially useful if you are planning on launching a product, making it easier to identify problems before they appear, see what tasks are dependent, maintain a clear outline of the launch and provide more accurate deliverables.

Information displayed: - Task name date wise - Calendar dates - Assigned to - Start on - End on - Subtasks count

Actions you can take: - Change task’s start date - Change task’s end date - Make a task dependent on other tasks. This affects the start date of child tasks.

📌 To set a Gantt view, click on ‘Gantt’ on the left of your toolbar

Insights

Procezo’s Insights give you a simple but effective analytics tool to keep on track of your businesses or product tasks and help you stay organised from idea to execution. With Insights, you can see what tasks have been created, done or overdue, both for boards and each user. View all assignments in either a task breakup by the user or a column breakup with grouped tasks. Start taking better decisions on projects and maintain better employee engagement with Insights.

Information displayed: - Overdue tasks count - In-completed tasks count - Completed tasks count - Tasks break-up of overdue, incomplete, complete by users - List of tasks that have a deadline as today
