Each team is free to customise Procezo to best suit their project needs, but despite structural differences, there are certain key practices to keep in mind to help you and your teams manage projects successfully. Projects are larger, more complex items of work and tasks are their smaller building blocks. They help teams plan towards goals, visualise progress and enable collaboration. An example of a project could be a product launch, a campaign or a creative request. There are 3 ways of creating a project on Procezo: 1. Create a project from scratch. 2. Create a project using a pre-made marketplace template 3. Migrate your project from from Asana or Trello using Automatic Imports.

1. Create a project from scratch

  • To start a blank project, click on +Project tab at the top right of the screen.

  • Select + Blank Project , a prompt box will open. Fill in your project name and details with an optional description of the project underneath.

  • When you have finished, simply click Create and you can start creating columns, tasks and users.

2. Create a project using Marketplace Template

There are 30+ Marketplace project templates currently available on Procezo. Templates are designed according to industry needs, ranging from Sales, IT, Product, Marketing, Event planning and more. You can access the marketplace in the following way

  • Click on +Project tab at the top right of the screen.

  • A new window will open with a tab presenting either a blank project or Procezo's Marketplace. Select Marketplace.

  • Once on the Marketplace tab, the left column will present industry categories and suggestions for common tasks in each industry. Each template can be customised to suit your individual project needs.

  • Select a template as you deem fit to see a preview of the template. Eg Content tracker.

3. Create a project using Automatic Imports

Already started a project? Looking to migrate? Procezo currently supports Asana and Trello imports, allowing you to migrate people, projects, files, tasks and more. To migrate a project from Asana to Procezo, follow these simple steps:

  • To start a blank project, click on +Project tab at the top right of the screen.

  • Select + Blank Project , a prompt box will open. As required select either Import Asana Project or Import Trello Project.

  • A final pop-up will open with a drag-and-drop box. All you need to add your project files exported from earlier project management tool. Success!

In case of Asana, upload CSV or XLSX format file. In case of Trello, upload JSON format file.

Click button to install the application and you will see board to start your project by creating tasks and collaborating with your team.
